Packaging
Our pricing is determined by the following:
- Level of Package (Entry, Full, or Enterprise)
- Feature Bundles: Entry, Silver, Gold, Platinum – Each provides different Built-In Features, # Locations, # Providers/Practitioners.
- Add-On Capacity: More Providers/Practitioners, Locations, and Message Recipients Packs per Month.
- Add-On Features: Full Feature Bundles have most features already included.
- The Entry Level Bundle is the least expensive but is limited. Additional add-ons are available ad-hoc.
- You receive substantial discounts if you prepay your subscriptions and add-on capacity by the year.
Philosophy
- Our philosophy is simple: the larger your practice, the lower the monthly service costs are per office location, Provider, and the number of messages sent per month.
- For small practices, we have a low entry price point. You can then upgrade at any point as your practice grows.
- Our solutions typically generate very good returns on your investment shortly after deployment to patients.
- We quantify our results daily, weekly, and monthly via Email and a web portal to prove our worth.
- With our solution, your success is driven by EMR data, proven AI, data science, and well-documented clinical and marketing research.
Minimum Commitments
The minimum commitment is three (3) months. This minimum commitment is required to fund your “Get-Started” prepaid block of professional services hours available by phone and Zoom. If you need more professional services than are provided in our Get Started block, they are available at an extra cost. We provide unlimited free Email support during your start-up period and once you are deployed.
Practice Consultants
If you use a 3rd party Practice Consultant for your EMR support, we will work with them to get you deployed (use who you trust). We have an extensive free training and support program for partners. Have them review our Partners page and contact us to join our Practice Consultants Partner Program.
Feature Bundles, Capacity, Capabilities
Full feature bundles have over 43+ different workflow templates to generate many Text and Voice messages. Third-party telecom providers handle our SMS/MMS and Voice messaging, and we pay for each message and phone call (there are no unlimited plans for commercial texting and voice services). MMS messages are substantially higher in cost than SMS messages. MMS messages allow you to attach pictures of your Providers to your outgoing text messages for greater impact and better Google / Yelp reviews.
The Entry Package has fewer templates (less than 10) and workflows available, so the total potential messages per recipient are less than full packages. Fewer potential messages are the reason for the lower price. The Entry Package also does not come with Text or Voice services, which is also why it is less expensive. MMS messaging is unavailable in the Entry Package due to its substantially higher per-message costs.
SMS/MMS Carrier Provisioning Requirements
All SMS/MMS and Voice packages require a custom set-up and a REQUIRED (paid) application and background investigation by phone carriers of the Practice. Phone numbers must also be purchased and paid monthly for each Practice (including taxes and tariffs). One phone number can be used for multiple locations. Customers with existing Twilio or Plivo accounts can grant access to their accounts to us for our messaging in return for monthly discounts on our service.
Hospitals and Enterprises
For hospitals and enterprise customers (more than 50 locations), we can tailor packages for you and provide API access to our software. We can also provide you with single-sign-on (SSO) capabilities for your employees and allow you to control delegation.
Administrator and Front Desk Accounts
We include one administrative login seat for each Provider or location purchased on our administrator website. You will also receive ten (10) front-desk user tokens. Additional front-desk user tokens are available based on justification.
